Post Reflection 6-2-2010

I chose this picture because I know I will be missing sunsets like the one above because classes start at 4:30 and end at 9:00. I will be a very busy student this summer. In class today, I learned about my ED 641 Middle/Secondary Reading and Writing in the Content Areas class. I perused through the syllabus, but I felt a bit overwhelmed. However, I am glad our professor structured her syllabus in a ery detailed manner. I like the fact the this type of syllabus makes it easier to know when assignments are due, what to expect when I come to class, and how I can get an A for this class becauseof the rubrics. In sum, I look forward to this class, its challenges, and learning more about howto improve myself in writing or reading.

  1. I agree. I wish that all of our other professors would would give calendar of events and a syllabus like this one. It is very detailed so we know what to do and when to do it.

  2. Yes, I will miss the sunsets :) We will only get to see them from the small windows. Don't worry, we will get through the course faster than you know it!

  5. This was very good as to how we all will be missing the sunsets this summer. Just a reminder, round June is just for a moment and we will be joining the summer breakers.

  10. Gemma, not to fret...we're all in this together. With a guided syllabus and rubric that is quite challenging.
