Under the Blood Red Sun was our main focus of today's meeting. We read the first two chapters and I must say it's gonna hotter real soon in terms of the plot of the story. The first two chapters already start to set the tone of the story and as things get more complex it's gonna be exciting to see how this one particular Japanese-American family adjusts to the changes that are ahead :)
I agree that it will get hotter. I think that is what is going to help make this such an interesting story to read.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I can't get over the fact that Japanese children in America actually had to go through this in real life.
ReplyDeleteI agree, I am already thinking for reading it as soon as get home.
ReplyDeleteI agree too!I can't wait to read the rest of the book!
ReplyDeleteNot only will the story get hot...so is the room...we gotta get that guy who stole the air-conditioner.

ReplyDeleteNice picture! Those literature circles actually help us understand the story better.
