Today's class was the last day we are to meet face to face. However, we did get a lot of things accomplished today. The sketch to stretch activity today was fun. It's an activity that allows students to use their imagination to connect the text to their experiences. It brings out the creativity in a student. The food was great and the cohesiveness even better. It was a very good last but not really last day.
The activity was fun, despite the fact that I hate drawing.

ReplyDeleteFrankie, what can I say...you said it.The cohesive bond that our group has formed is fantastic.Good food and good people are what life's about...not to mention the learning and practicing of our learned literacy strategies.
ReplyDeleteYep, I enjoyed the sketch to stretch activity also. And I am the worst drawer around. But it was still fun. Also, just the general hanging out and talking, especially over food, was very nice. Sorry i had to run out, but I will see you all again in our other class. (And no worries, my son is fine. I think he is just teething. Nothing a little Tylenol and mommy's love can't fix.)
